Standard Services In all cases, The Plan Maker will: Give practical design and building advice for your project; Suggest aspects for consideration during the development; Draft, amend and produce high quality scaled plans; Deliver electronic or paper copies as required. Conduct Site Survey The Plan Maker will visit your property (at a mutually convenient time), to interview you to establish a virtual picture of the aims and objectives of your project, take all the necessary measurements, levels, photographs and other information required to assist with the preparation of your plans. An initial payment of £60 will be payable at this stage and will be deducted from the cost of the full service. Extra Services Available Planning Permission Submittal If preferred, The Plan Maker will electronically submit your plans for approval by your Local Authority and deal with any issues that arise.
